    Kitchen Positions

    Commis de Cuisine

    Entry-level position for culinary school graduates or those with basic culinary experience. Work alongside experienced chefs to learn our techniques and standards.

    Chef de Partie

    Station chef responsible for a specific section of the kitchen. Requires 2-3 years of fine dining experience and strong technical skills.

    Sous Chef

    Senior kitchen position assisting the Chef de Cuisine. Requires extensive experience in Michelin-starred or equivalent establishments.

    Service Positions

    Server

    Provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Fine dining experience preferred with knowledge of wine and food pairing.

    Sommelier

    Manage our wine program and guide guests through wine selections. Court of Master Sommeliers certification preferred.
